@Vahid: I've not been around Aberdeen yet, but there are alot of castles in the area amonst other things to photograph.
Just south of Inverness you have Urquhat Castle which is one of the nicest layed out castles I've ever photographed. Plus just to the south of that is a little village called Invermoriston which has an amazing set of waterfalls.
Edinburgh I've not been to yet either, but I've seen alot of photo's from there and you'll find plenty to shot.
In Glasgow I've only photographed the Science Center, but again there is plenty to see and shot.
